Abstract

The invention discloses a continuous oil injection loop for testing an evaporation / condensation heat transfer characteristic of a refrigerant and an oil injection method thereof. The continuous oil injection loop and the oil injection method thereof are characterized in that the oil injection loop comprises a high-efficiency oil separator, high-pressure oil pump, a lubricating oil mass flowmeter, a control valve, a uniform mixing groove, a preheater, a refrigerant evaporation / condensation testing segment and a heater, wherein a connecting pipeline of the control valve and the uniform mixing groove is connected with a refrigerant mass flowmeter by a tee; and a refrigeration part is connected between a refrigerant inlet of the refrigerant mass flowmeter and a refrigerant outlet of the high-efficiency oil separator. The injection quantity of the lubricating oil is controlled by regulating the control valve in the lubricating oil loop. Oil content of the refrigerant is obtained by calculating read numbers of the refrigerant mass flowmeter and the lubricating oil mass flowmeter. The dryness of the refrigerant inlet of the refrigerant evaporation / condensation testing segment can be controlled by regulating the heating quantity of the preheater. The total quantity of the lubricating oil in the oil loop can be kept balanced to fulfill the aim of continuously injecting the oil.
