Abstract

The invention relates to a high-flame-resistance environment-friendly refractory control cable for a nuclear power station. The cable comprises a refractory insulated cable core, an alkali-free glass tape layer covered on the refractory insulated cable core, and an environment-friendly oxygen barrier extruded on the alkali-free glass tape layer. The cable additionally comprises an outer sheath which is extruded on the environment-friendly oxygen barrier and is made of low-smoke halogen-free environment-friendly radiation-resistant cross-linked polyolefin material. The refractory insulated cable core is formed by a plurality of refractory insulated wire cores and an inorganic flame-resistant material rope filled in the center of the refractory insulated wire cores in a twisting way at certain twisting pitches. Each refractory insulated wire core is formed by a multi-core copper conductor, a synthetic mica refractory layer lapped outside the multi-core copper conductor, and cross-linked polyolefin insulating layers lapped on an inner layer and an outer layer on the synthetic mica refractory layer. The invention has the advantages that the cable can be used in K1-K3 places in the nuclear power station, and the requirements on use in severe environments such as high-temperature, high-humidity-and-heat, high-radiation, refractory, flame-resistance environments and the like can be satisfied.
