The data summarized in Table 1 show that only the greases treated with all three components and the specified concentrations had good to excellent Timken OK loads and acceptable scratch and copper corrosion ratings. Additionally, the data for Formulations 10, 11, 12 and 13 indicate that molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (Molyvan 822) and organic molybdates (Molyvan 855) are not effective alternatives to MoDTP.
