Embodiment 1
[0032] CS lactic acid salt (for medical use), CMCS sodium (for medical use), PNS (containing ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 as 43wt% in terms of dry matter) are mixed uniformly in a ratio of 100:25:100 (by weight), and compounded with aluminum Film-sealed packaging to obtain xerogel powder, or subpackaged in capsules, sealed and packaged with an aluminum composite film to obtain xerogel capsules (containing 19.1 wt% of ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1).
Embodiment 2
[0034] Mix CS lactate (for medical use), CMCS sodium (for medical use), and PNS at a ratio of 100:25:100 (weight ratio), mix evenly, spray 2 times the amount of water, knead to make a soft material, press into a film and place On the polyethylene film, dry it with hot air at 80°C for 15 minutes until the water content reaches 37.5%, then compound it with a polyethylene breathable film, cut it, and seal it with an aluminum composite film to obtain a gel film.
Embodiment 3
[0036] With 1.0% CS lactate solution (weight), 1.0% PNS solution (weight), 1.0% CMCS sodium solution (weight), by 100: 80: 20 (weight) ratio, spray on absorbent cotton gauze successively, 80~100 Dry under reduced pressure at ℃, cut into pieces, seal and pack with aluminum composite film, and you can get a product with rapid hemostasis, reduced exudation, moisturizing and breathable, soft and comfortable, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-itching, non-adhesive, and significantly shortened wound healing time dressing gauze.

Abstract
The invention discloses a dressing composition used for inhibiting scars and accelerating wound healing and application thereof. The dressing composition consists of chitosan, acidic polysaccharide and panax notoginseng saponins in a weight proportion of 100:10-50:10-100, wherein the chitosan is selected from chitosan, chitosan lactate, acetate and hydrochloride; the acidic polysaccharide is selected from sodium carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium hyaluronate, zinc hyaluronate, sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; and the panax notoginseng saponins accounts for no less than 40.0 percent of the total weight of ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1. The formulations of the dressing composition are xerogel powder, capsules, gel membranes, hydrogels and fiber coatings. The dressing composition is used for wounds, burns, scalds, crush injuries, skin ulcers, gastroenteric ulcers and no healing of the wounds, has the advantages of rapid hemostasis, exudate reduction, moisturizing, air permeability, bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, itch relieving, no adhesion, effective inhibition of scarring, remarkable reduction of wound healing time and no need of replacing dressings, so that thedressing composition basically meets requirements of perfect functional external dressings.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical and surgical dressings, and relates to a macromolecular organic compound, in particular to an external dressing containing polysaccharides and traditional Chinese medicine Panax notoginseng and an application method thereof. Background technique [0002] The skin is an important organ of the human body and has various functions such as barrier protection, absorption and metabolism, secretion and excretion, temperature regulation, and immunity. Due to trauma, abrasions, skin ulceration and burns, etc., it may cause extensive damage to the skin, and may lead to complications that endanger human life. For wounds involving dermal damage, pathological scar healing is the inevitable result. Excessively fibrotic scars are difficult to be absorbed by the body, which brings great obstacles to functional recovery and reconstruction after trauma. The wound healing process is divided into four phases: (1) I...
