The method comprises the steps of: respectively performing heat transfer and temperature reduction to the column plate liquid extracted from the raffinate tower and the extract tower and the heating medium with temperature lower than that the column plate liquid, and raising the temperature of the heating medium; returning the temperature-reduced column plate liquid to the raffinate tower and the extract tower respectively; and recycling the energy in the raffinate tower and the extract tower by using the temperature-raised heating medium as a heat source of a heat sink . The device realizing the method comprises the raffinate tower and the extract tower, wherein a middle reflux device I and a middle reflux device II are respectively arranged above the feed ports of the raffinate tower and the extract tower.
