Abstract

The invention discloses a blood-pressure noninvasive measuring device based on micro-bubble ultrasound contrast agents and a measuring method thereof. The measuring device comprises an ultrasonic probe, a transmitting module, a receiving module, a pressure-measuring position selecting module, a band-pass filter, a spectrum analyzer, a sub-harmonic optimal transmitting frequency calculating module, and a blood-pressure calculating and displaying module. The measuring method comprises the steps of: 1) infusing the micro-bubble ultrasound contrast agent solution into blood through veins and monitoring the track thereof by utilizing the diagnosis ultrasound, 2) collecting a sound scattered signal from the contrast agent when the contrast agent reaches the pressure-measuring position, 3) screening and performing spectrum analysis on the collected sound scattered signal so as to acquire the sub-harmonic optimal transmitting frequency, and 4) acquiring an environmental pressure according to a relational expression between the sub-harmonic optimal transmitting frequency and the environmental pressure. The invention can provide a more precise blood-pressure noninvasive measuring result with higher repeatability and reliability.
