The invention discloses an industrial lubricating grease antioxidant additive which is characterized by consisting of base oil, diarylamine, phenol ethoxylate, bis(salicylidene)propylene diamine, dialkldithiophosphate, antimony dialkldithiocarbamate, alklsuccinimide and polyisobutylene, wherein the weight percentages of the components are as follows: 42-46% of diarylamine, 3-5% of phenol ethoxylate, 3-5% of bis(salicylidene)propylene diamine, 4-6% of dialkldithiophosphate, 3-5% of antimony dialkldithiocarbamate, 3-4% of alklsuccinimide and 4-6% of polyisobutylene, and the balance of the base oil.
