Problems solved by technology

However, the frequency of the pulse width modulated square wave output by the existing ultrasonic control circuit is fixed and cannot be changed. Since different ultrasonic transducers have different resonance points, if there is only one oscillation frequency, it cannot be suitable for different ultrasonic transducers. The resonance point of the device oscillates, and the maximum value of active power cannot be achieved, resulting in poor washing effect

Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic control circuit capable of generating ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic control circuit comprises a square wave generation circuit, the square wave generation circuit comprises a phase-locked loop logic chip and an adjustable resistor, wherein the phase-locked loop logic chip comprise a series resistor accessing end and is used for generating pulse width modulation square waves; and the adjustable resistor is connected in series between the series resistor accessing end and the ground and used for adjusting the output frequencies of the pulse width modulation square waves. The invention also provides a dirt removing device applying the ultrasonic control circuit. The output frequencies of the pulse width modulation square waves are adjusted by changing the resistance of the adjustable resistor, so that the ultrasonic control circuit can be suitable for the resonance point oscillation of different ultrasonic transducers, thereby realizing the maximum value of power output to enable dirt removing and washing effect to be better. The ultrasonic control circuit is applied to a washing machine, and water sprays gushed from a washing machine pump are transformed into water vapors for dirt and dust removal by the ultrasonic waves, therefore washing efficiency is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ultrasonic waves and decontamination, in particular to an ultrasonic control circuit and a device thereof. Background technique [0002] As a new technology, ultrasonic washing has been widely used in many fields. Its washing effect is obvious, no detergent is needed, and it is clean and environmentally friendly. However, the frequency of the pulse width modulated square wave output by the existing ultrasonic control circuit is fixed and cannot be changed. Since different ultrasonic transducers have different resonance points, if there is only one oscillation frequency, it cannot be suitable for different ultrasonic transducers. The resonance point of the machine oscillates, and the maximum value of active power cannot be achieved, resulting in poor washing effect. [0003] Therefore, how to realize that the ultrasonic decontamination control circuit can output pulse width modulated square waves of different frequ...
