Problems solved by technology

Cement solidification is a commonly used method for domestic radioactive waste resin disposal, but the delamination of resin and cement slurry often seriously affects the performance and uniformity of cement solidification
In actual operation, in order to prevent resin delamination, the method of reducing the amount of water is often used, but reducing the amount of water will reduce the fluidity of the cement slurry, which will greatly increase the resistance of stirring, and in severe cases, the stirring motor will be burned.

Embodiment 1

[0015] Mix 42.5MPa ordinary Portland cement, zeolite powder, UNF-5 water reducer, dehydrated radioactive waste resin and water in a mass ratio of 1:0.05:0.006:0.5:0.35, and the fluidity of the cement slurry is 130mm. The body begins to solidify in 20 minutes, and the resin is evenly mixed in the cement without delamination.

Embodiment 2

[0017] Mix 42.5MPa ordinary Portland cement, zeolite powder, UNF-5 water reducer, dehydrated radioactive waste resin and water in a mass ratio of 1:0.10:0.006:0.5:0.35, and the fluidity of the cement slurry is 115mm. The slurry starts to solidify after 18 minutes. After solidification, the resin is evenly mixed in the cement without delamination.

Embodiment 3

[0019] Mix 42.5MPa ordinary Portland cement, zeolite powder, UNF-5 water reducer, dehydrated radioactive waste resin and water in a mass ratio of 1:0.05:0.012:0.5:0.35, and the fluidity of the cement slurry is 210mm. The slurry started to set after 19 minutes. After setting, the resin was evenly mixed in the cement without delamination.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preventing resin from floating in cementation of radioactive spent resin, and belongs to the technical field of radioactive waste treatment. In the method, a water reducing agent and zeolite powder are used for cementation of radioactive spent resin, namely raw materials of cement, zeolite powder, the water reducing agent, dehydrated radioactive spent resin and water are uniformly mixed and cured. The mass ratio of the zeolite powder to the cement is (0.05-0.10):1; and the mass ratio of the water reducing agent to the cement is (0.005-0.012):1. The cement slurry prepared by uniformly mixing the raw materials has good fluidity during stirring; and when the stirring is stopped, the cement has initial strength within 15 to 30 minutes so as to effectively avoid the demixing of the resin and the cement slurry. The method can effectively prevent the resin from floating.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of radioactive waste treatment, and in particular relates to a method for preventing resin from floating up during solidification of radioactive waste resin cement. Background technique [0002] During the operation and decommissioning of nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities, a large amount of radioactive waste resin will be produced. The efficient treatment of radioactive waste resin is one of the problems that have plagued the development of my country's nuclear industry for a long time. Cement solidification is a commonly used method for domestic radioactive waste resin disposal, but the delamination of resin and cement slurry often seriously affects the performance and uniformity of cement solidification. In actual operation, in order to prevent resin delamination, the method of reducing the amount of water is often used, but reducing the amount of water will reduce the fluidity of the cement slur...
