Embodiment

[0024] In the invention, the non-toxic surfactant alkyl glycoside (APG) is used to treat the larvae for a period of time, so as to change the surface activity of the shell of the larvae and prevent the larvae from floating and sticking. The suitable conditions for cultivating the larvae of P. chinensis are: water temperature 18-28 ℃, salinity 25-35‰, pH value 7.0-8.5, larvae density 1-3 / ml. After 24 hours (at 25°C), fertilized eggs of A. kushii develop into D-type larvae, and after 48 hours (that is, D-type larvae continue to develop for another 24 hours), they can be treated with APG after the shell strength increases. When in use, mix the APG stock solution and seawater according to the ratio of 1-2:50000 (or the volume concentration of APG stock solution 20-40ppm), then put the enriched larvae into a 300-mesh sieve silk or a net cage, and wash with the solution for 15 After ~20 minutes, rinse with fresh sea water until the surfactant is washed away, put the larvae into the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the production of double-shell shellfish seedlings in aquiculture, in particular to a chemical method for preventing atrina pectinata larvas from floating adhesion, and solves the problems of the floating adhesion of the larva. In the chemical method, the surface activity of larva shells is changed to prevent the larva from the floating adhesion by treating the atrina pectinata larvas with a nontoxic surfactant, namely alkyl glycoside (APG), for a period of time. Fertilized eggs of the atrina pectinata develop to a D-type larva period at the temperature of 25 DEG C after 20 to 30 hours; and D-type larvas can be treated by using the APG after the shell strength is increased after 48 hours. When in use, APG stock solution is uniformly mixed with sea water in a volume ratio of (1-2):50,000 (or at a volume concentration of 20 to 40 ppm); putting enriched larvas into a 300-mesh silk screen; flushing the larvas by using the solution for 15 to 20 minutes; and putting the larvas into water after flushing for a plurality of times by using fresh sea water, so that the floating adhesion phenomenon of the larvas is prevented. The floating adhesion of the larvas treated by the method can be reduced by 92 to 99 percent; and the larva survival rate can be kept over 96 percent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the production of bivalve mollusc seedlings in aquaculture, in particular to a chemical method for preventing the floating and sticking of the larvae of the mollusk. Background technique [0002] Atrina pectinata (Linnaeus, 1767) belongs to the phylum Molluscs, Bivalvia, Mytilidae, Atrinaceae, and the genus Atrina pectinata. It has a wide natural distribution in coastal areas of China and is a species of high economic value. Large-scale edible shellfish are widely distributed in temperate and tropical muddy offshore waters, and are distributed in the Bo, Huang, East and South China Seas. Its posterior adductor muscle is particularly hypertrophic, and it can be made into the precious "Jiangzhuzhu", which is a nutritious and delicious sea treasure. The region is very popular. [0003] In recent decades, due to overfishing and the deterioration of environmental conditions, the resources of C. chinensis in my country have decline...
