When in use, APG stock solution is uniformly mixed with sea water in a volume ratio of (1-2):50,000 (or at a volume concentration of 20 to 40 ppm); putting enriched larvas into a 300-mesh silk screen; flushing the larvas by using the solution for 15 to 20 minutes; and putting the larvas into water after flushing for a plurality of times by using fresh sea water, so that the floating adhesion phenomenon of the larvas is prevented. The floating adhesion of the larvas treated by the method can be reduced by 92 to 99 percent; and the larva survival rate can be kept over 96 percent.
