Abstract

The image capturing method is applied to a digital imaging device which is set in an environment of a first shooting parameter group and used for shooting an object so as to obtain a digital image with a preset imaging size. The method comprises the following steps: detecting the object to obtain a first object imaging size of the object; changing the first shooting parameter group into a second shooting parameter group in accordance with the first object imaging size and the preset imaging size, so that the first object imaging size of the object is accordingly changed into a second object imaging size in an environment of the second shooting parameter group, wherein the second object imaging size approximates to the preset imaging size; using the digital imaging device set in the second shooting parameter group to shoot the object to obtain an initial image; and clipping the initial image directly to obtain the digital image.
