Embodiment Construction

[0040] The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and a preferred embodiment.

[0041] The maximum load of the pneumatic shock response spectrum testing machine in this embodiment is 200kg, the size of the resonance plate (length×width×height) is 600mm×500mm×40mm, and the weight is 135kg. The size of the hammer head (length×width) is 800mm×500mm. The hammer head is made of forged aluminum, with a weight of 200kg. The inner cavity diameter of the hammer head is 160mm, and the maximum movement stroke is 350mm. The main technical indicators that can be achieved are:

[0042] 1) Inflection point frequency: adjustable from 100 to 1500Hz;

[0043] 2) Maximum shock response spectrum peak value: 35000m / s 2 .

[0044] For testing machines with smaller load requirements, the quality of the hammer head and the diameter of the inner cavity of the hammer head can be reduced. If greater excitation force...

Abstract

The invention relates to a pneumatic shock response spectrum tester, which comprises a base, a pneumatic hammerhead device, a resonant panel supporting device and a functional mechanism. The pneumatic hammerhead device comprises a hammerhead, guide rails and an internal cylinder, wherein one end of the internal cylinder is in sliding sealing with an open hole at one end of the hammerhead; grooves on the two sides of the hammerhead are clamped in the two symmetrically arranged guide rails; the guide rails are fixed on the base axially; a screw shaft at an end cover of the internal cylinder is connected with a joint bearing which is connected with a lug of an internal cylinder connecting block by a pin; and the bottom surface of the internal cylinder connecting block is fixed on the base by a thrust cylinder connecting seat. The resonant panel supporting device comprises a resonant panel, limiting clamping blocks, round rolling bars and a cushioning seat, wherein V-shaped grooves on the two sides of the resonant panel are clamped in a plurality of symmetrically arranged limiting clamping blocks; the resonant panel is supported by the round rolling bars fixed on a round bar mounting seat; and the limiting clamping blocks and the round bar mounting seat are fixed on the base. The pneumatic shock response spectrum tester is simply and compactly structured, simple and convenient to operate, short in stroke, high in excitation energy, convenient to arrange and maintain, safe and environment-friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an impact testing machine, in particular to a pneumatic impact response spectrum testing machine. Background technique [0002] Most of the simulations of classic shock waveforms are realized by free-fall shock testing machines, but the explosion shock caused by various pyrotechnic devices on the spacecraft, the shock caused by the launch of rockets or shells on the equipment on the bomb, etc., is a shock wave with complex oscillations. If the ground simulation test is still carried out with the classic shock waveform, it obviously cannot meet the actual needs. The principle of equivalent damage is commonly used at home and abroad to simulate complex oscillatory shock waveforms, that is, the shock response spectrum is used as the standard for simulating the shock environment. [0003] The existing shock response spectrum test methods mainly fall into the following three categories: (1) Explosion mode of pyrotechnics; (2) Mecha...
