Abstract

The method comprises the following main steps: ensuring a first mechanical arm and a second mechanical arm to simultaneously stretch into machining equipment; ensuring the first mechanical arm to simultaneously carry out stabilization operation and remove fixed suction from a previously borne firstplate when the second mechanical arm takes out a second plate in the machining equipment; and then lowering the first mechanical arm to place the first plate in the machining equipment. By the method, the risk of crack can be prevented when the first plate is placed, and the operation time needed by the first mechanical arm for waiting for stabilization and removing fixed suction is saved.
