Abstract

The invention provides ultraviolet-cured paint, which comprises priming paint and finishing paint, wherein the priming paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of bifunctional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin, 15-25 parts of bifunctional epoxy acrylic resin, 1-6 parts of adhesion accelerating resin, 2-5 parts of photo initiator, 25-60 parts of diluent and 0.01-0.5 part of aid; and the finishing paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-40 parts of high functional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin, 5-15 parts of bifunctional aliphaticpolyurethane acrylic resin, 1-5 parts of adhesion accelerator, 1-5 parts of photo initiator, 20-60 parts of diluent and 0.2-2 parts of aid. A sample surface coated with the ultraviolet-cured paint provided by the invention is free from wear after more than 1,000 times of wearing tests in RCA wear resistance testing. After over 4 hours of shock and wear resistance testing, the wear area of the sample surface is smaller than 1 mm<2> or the diameter of a worn region is smaller than 1 mm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ultraviolet light curing paint, in particular to a wear-resistant ultraviolet light curing paint used for vacuum coating. Background technique [0002] In order to make the vacuum-coated coating smooth and have metallic luster and brightness, it is necessary to paint the surface to be coated before and after coating. The commonly used paint is UV-curable paint. Such as the UV curing paint mentioned in the CN101250339 patent, the top coat of the paint is composed of high-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate of 5-20% by weight, macromolecular resin of 10-30%, and difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate of 5-20% by weight. ester, 10-20 trifunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate, 5-10 adhesion promoting resin, 1-5 photoinitiator, 20-60 diluent, 0.01-1 additive; the primer consists of Percentage of 5-30 difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate, 10-40 epoxy acrylate, 5-25 trifunctional acrylate, 5-25 difunct...
