According to the embodiment of the invention, the system for testing comprises a temperature control heating unit, an SCR postprocessing electronic control unit (ECU), a detecting device and a data acquisition and processing device, wherein the temperature control heating unit heats heat medium supplied to the heat exchanger of the urea box and supplies heat to urea solution in the urea box through the circulationof the heat medium; the SCR postprocessing ECU controls the working condition of the tested SCR system and the electrical heating state of the urea pipeline; the detecting device comprises a temperature sensor which is used for detecting the temperature of the urea solution in the urea box; and the data acquisition and processing device is coupled to the detecting device and / or the ECU and is used for determining unfreezing time according to the detection result of the detecting device and a scheduled standard.
