The bacillus psychrosaccharolyticus not only has the capacity of carrying out forced degradation on cellulose and starch but also has a wide antimicrobial spectrum; the bacillus psychrosaccharolyticus strain can be compounded with the traditional common strain for bacterial manure; then mixed zymocyte liquids, plant growth factors, immunoregulation factors, active extractives from seaweed, amino acids, organic matters and trace elements are prepared into an efficient complex mircoorganism seaweed fertilizer with an active viable count of 0.2 billion/g to 1 billion/g and an organic matter content of 20-40% according to a certain proportion.
