Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of high-ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bars. The production process comprises the following steps of: (1) performing primary rolling mill reducing on steel coils wherein the reducing ratio is 0.79 to 0.87; (2) performing secondary rolling mill reducing and nicking at the same time on the steel bars subjected to the primary rolling mill reducing in the step (1), wherein the reducing ratio is 0.59 to 0.88; (3) thermally treating the steel bars subjected to the rolling mill reducing and nicking at the same time in the step (2) for 1 to 3 seconds at the temperature of between 550 and 670 DEG C; and (4) naturally cooling the steel bars thermally treated in the step (3) in the air. After the common I and II-grade steel bars are treated by the process, internal tissues and granularity of the steel bars are changed, so that the strength and the elongation of the steel bars are improved, exceed those of the III-grade steel bars and are close to those of the IV-grade steel bars. Trace elements such as titanium, niobium, vanadium and the like do not need to be added, so the consumption of rare metals is reduced.
