Abstract

The composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of low-density polyethylene, 10-40 parts of calcium sulfate whisker, 10-20 parts of styrene-butadiene block copolymer, 10-20 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.1-0.3 part of antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)), 0.1-0.3 part of antioxidant DLTP (dilauryl thiodipropionate) and 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent. The preparation method of the composite material comprises the following steps: mixing the calcium sulfate whiskers with the silane coupling agent in a high-speed mixer for 5-12 minutes; then mixing the other raw materials with the modified calcium sulfate whiskers in the high-speed mixer for 3-8 minutes; and then extruding and granulating the obtained mixture in a twin-screw extruder.
