Abstract
The invention provides an antistatic plate, an antistatic device and application of the antistatic device. The antistatic plate comprises a metal plate (2) and a coating (3) which is formed on any surface of the metal plate (2); a grounded lead (4) is connected to the metal plate (2); and the coating (3) comprises a powdery piezoelectric material, a dielectric and a silicone coating which are used as main components. The antistatic device is formed by overlapping multiple layers of the antistatic plates, and preferably is provided with one or more sandwich structures which are formed by clamping overlapped bodies of the multiple layers of the antistatic plates by using an aluminum mesh.
