Cool to room temperature, filter and spin dry the solvent, add 100ml of dichloromethane to dissolve, wash the organic phase with 0.2mol / L hydrochloric acid (3×50mL) and distilled water respectively. Then add anhydrous sodium sulfate and dry for 9h. The desiccant was filtered, and the concentrated crude product was separated with a silica gel column, and the eluent was a dichloromethane-petroleum ether solution with a volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain 0.74 g of a white ethyl bridged calix[4]arene solid, producing rate 33%.
