The invention provides phosphorous acid titanium with a three-dimensional open-framework structure and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of phosphorous acid titanium with a three-dimensional open-framework structure. The preparation method is characterized in that an open-framework crystal compound of the phosphorous acid titanium without an organic template is synthesized by adopting a strong acid method in a hydrothermal system, the morphology of a product is regulated and controlled by adjusting the quantities of phosphorous acid and hydrofluoric acid in reaction gel, and the phosphorous acid titanium compounds with the three-dimensional open-framework structure, which have the identical structure and are different in morphologies, are synthesized. The phosphorous acid titanium compound does not contain an organic template agent. Compared with other metal phosphorous acid salts, the phosphorous acid titanium compound has relatively good heat stability, thus favorable conditions are provided for the research of the property of the phosphorous acid titanium compound. The photovoltage research shows that the compound has the property of a p-type conductor. The invention has the beneficial effects of providing a simple, convenient and effective method for preparing the phosphorous acid titanium crystal material with the open-framework structure.

The invention relates to an electrolytic extraction and detection method of nonmetallic inclusion in steel by utilizing an organic solution. The method comprises the following process steps: (1) preparing electrolyte; (2) preparing and electrolyzing a steel sample: soaking the steel sample containing the inclusion into the electrolyte in an electrolytic cell; arranging a salt bath beside the electrolytic cell; erecting a salt bridge between the salt bath and the electrolytic cell; inserting a calomel electrode into the salt bath; inserting a calomel electrode in the salt bath; using the positive electrode of the steel sample, connected with a direct current stabilized power supply, as the anode, using a platinum wire as an electrolysis cathode, charging inert gas, particularly referring to argon; and (3) separating: pouring the electrolyte left after the electrolysis of the steel sample in the step (2) into a funnel which is filled with filter paper; arranging a vacuum filtration device which is loaded with a polytetrafluoroethylene membrane at the position tightly attached to the liquid down port of the funnel; separating the inclusion from the steel sample under the state that the vacuum filtration device is vacuumized; and transferring the polytetrafluoroethylene membrane which is distributed with the inclusion to a scanning electron microscope for detection. In the method provided by the invention, the inclusion can be extracted out of the steel without being damaged; and the three-dimensional shape of the inclusion is directly observed.

The invention relates to a preparation method for synthesizing dibutyl magnesium by taking 2-chlorobutane, magnesium powder and n-butyl lithium as raw materials. The 2-chlorobutane, the magnesium powder and the n-butyl lithium are taken as raw materials, and the dibutyl magnesium is synthesized under the condition of no water and no oxygenated solvent; the reaction process comprises: under the protection of N2, the magnesium powder is mixed with an evocating agent, then the mixture is put in a reaction kettle for heating and stirring and is added with a small amount of 2-chlorobutane solution slowly; after evocating reaction, under the condition of thermal insulation, the 2-chlorobutane solution is added into the reaction kettle slowly to generate a Grignard reagent by reaction; cooling and temperature reduction are carried out, n-butyl lithium hexane solution is added rapidly; after the reaction under the condition of thermal insulation is carried out, a solvent is obtained by distilling and separating; cooling and filtering are carried out, thus obtaining the dibutyl magnesium; in the preparation process, the mixture ratio of each raw material is as follows: the mole ratio of the magnesium powder to 2-chlorobutane to n-butyl lithium is equal to 1.0-1.2: 1: 1. The preparation method has the advantages of simple and easy technique, no pollution, being investment-saving, high magnesium powder conversion rate and product yield, etc.
