The invention discloses a method for preparing conjugated linoleic acid rich bean pulp feed by secondary raw material fermentation. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) respectively preparing fermentable seed liquor from candida utilis ANY01 and lactobacillus plantarum ANCLA01 by slant solid culture, two-time continuous activation, shake flask liquor culture, two-time continuous activation and expanded culture; and (2) crushing bean pulp, sieving the crushed bean pulp, adding bran, phosphor salt, potassium salt, magnesium salt and deionized water into the bean pulp to inoculate the candida utilis ANY01, regulating the pH, controlling the temperature, fermenting, adding bran, phosphor salt, potassium salt, magnesium salt, sodium chloride, trace manganese, vegetable fat and deionized water to inoculate the lactobacillus plantarum ANCLA01, regulating the pH, controlling the temperature and fermenting. The conjugated linoleic acid rich bean pulp feed is prepared by adopting the secondary raw material fermentation method; after secondary fermentation, the total protein content of the bean pulp feed is improved by about 3 percent; and the bean pulp feed has thick vinic acid aroma and good palatability, and has obvious attraction for livestock and poultry.
