Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention will be further described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments.

[0014] N-trimethylated chitosan (the degree of quaternization is 40%-60%, purchased from High Density Houpu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), degummed mulberry silk (degummed rate 28%)

[0015] 1. Dissolution of N-trimethylated chitosan:

[0016] Weigh the prescribed amount of N-trimethylated chitosan, dissolve it in distilled water, and stir evenly to form a concentration of 0.5g / 100ml (abbreviated as 0.5%, the same as the concentration of the solution below).

[0017] 2. Treatment of mulberry silk by N-trimethylated chitosan:

[0018] Soak mulberry silk in the solution prepared in step 1 for 5 minutes, roll it first, then soak it for 5 minutes, roll it again, bake it at 80°C for 5 minutes, bake it at 100°C for 2 minutes, balance it in the dryer for 5 hours, ultrasonically clean, dehydrate, dry, and weigh , the weight gain rate is 0.40%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for modifying real silk fibers by using methylated chitosan. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) dissolving N-trimethyl chitosan: weighing a formula amount of N-trimethyl chitosan, dissolving the N-trimethyl chitosan into distilled water, stirring uniformly, and forming a 0.5 to 2.5 percent solution; and (2) treating mulberry silks by using the N-trimethyl chitosan: performing primary rolling after the mulberry silks are soaked into the solution prepared in the step 1 for 5 to 10 minutes, performing secondary rolling after the mulberry silks are soaked for 5 to 10 minutes, drying the mulberry silks for 5 to 10 minutes at the temperature of between 80 and 100 DEG C, drying the mulberry silks for 2 to 5 minutes at the temperature of between 100 and 150 DEG C, balancing the mulberry silks for 2 to 5 hours in a dryer, performing ultrasonic cleaning, dehydrating, drying and weighing. The process is simple, and additional cross-linker is not needed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chitosan derivative-modified real silk fiber and a modification method, belonging to the technical field of textiles. Background technique [0002] Chitin is a natural biopolymer extracted from the shells of shrimp and crab insects and the cell walls of fungi and algae. Chitosan is the product of deacetylation of chitin after treatment. Chitin fiber and chitosan fiber are natural polymer fibers spun from chitin and chitosan solution through high-tech processing. It has the characteristics of good biodegradability and can be spun into two categories: filament or short fiber. The filament is used for twisting medical sutures, and the short fiber is used to make medical accessories in the form of non-woven fabrics. [0003] Chitosan molecule is a linear structure with a large number of hydroxyl groups and amino groups connected to the molecular chain. The pyrolysis temperature is 280-300 ° C. It can only be dissolved in various...
