Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, because the clamworm grows scattered in the natural environment, the ever-changing external environment not only cannot meet the growth needs of the clamworm, resulting in a low survival rate, but also the decontamination ability of the clamworm cannot be fully exerted.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for artificially culturing perineries aibuhitensis in a biological filter. The method is mainly characterized in that: a gravel layer, a coarse sand layer, a fine sand layer and a soil layer are sequentially spread from bottom to top in the filter provided with a water inlet pipe and a drain pipe. Before clamworm seedlings are put into the filter, fresh water is injected into the whole filter, the filter is soaked for 1 week, the fresh water is drained after 1 week, and fresh seawater is injected. The perineries aibuhitensis seedlings are artificially scattered, the size of the seedlings is 3 to 10 joints, and the seedling density is 600 to 2,000 pieces per square meter. The quantity of bait is 8 to 12 percent of the overall weight of the perineries aibuhitensis in the filter, and the bait consists of residual bait and feces of artificially cultured seawater fish, wherein the residual bait and feces are filtered and collected by a silk net of 50 to 100 meshes and concentrated and dried. The temperature of the perineries aibuhitensis culture water in the filter is 4 to 40 DEG C; in 1 to 2 weeks after the seedlings are put, water is not drained, and only water is injected; and after 1 to 2 weeks of putting the seedlings, the water is changed twice every day, and the water in a volume which is 1/3 of the volume of the filter water is artificially changed every time. By the method, the perineries aibuhitensis with high survival rate can be cultured artificially in batch.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an aquaculture method, in particular to a method for artificially cultivating clam worms. Background technique [0002] Nereistus belongs to the phylum Annelidae, Nereistae, is a typical intertidal benthic animal, and is also a high-quality bait for important aquaculture organisms (fish, shrimp), and an important source of energy flow and material cycle in marine ecosystems. It plays a key role connecting the past and the future in the marine ecosystem. Studies have shown that Nereist worms are mostly medium-to-large polychaetes, and they feed on natural sediment particles in a wide range of particle sizes (10-250 μm), with an average sediment feeding rate of 5.71+2.76mg.mg-1dw.d -1 (Wang Shihong, Zhang Zhinan, 1998); it processes at least body weight (dry weight) of sediment through daily feeding activities (Loper G L, Leventon J S., 1987). It has application value to repair and treat industrial aquaculture system by utilizi...
