Abstract

The GFP powder is extracted form grifola frondosa fruit bodies, wherein, the GFP content is greater than 50%. And the SES powder is extracted from sesame meal, wherein, the SES content is over 50%. Pharmacological experiments show that, the food of the invention can lower the blood lipid level of a hyperlipidemia mice model, and can protect hepatocyte injury caused by hyperlipidemia; also can realize synergetic enhancement of pharmacological activity, and better improve the blood lipid-lowering function of each component. Toxicological experiments show that, the composition of the invention is safe for application. The composition provided in the invention can be used for preparing health food and medicaments assisting lowering blood lipid, and can lower the blood lipid level as well as improve clinic symptoms resulted from hyperlipidemia.
