In the invention, the nozzle is separated from an electrode by adopting the compressed air sprayed by the solenoid valve, and sparks which are generated during the short circuit between the electrode and the nozzle ionize the compressed airso as to form a plasma arc between the electrode and the nozzle; when the compressed air is sprayed out of the nozzle to form a high-temperature flame flow and the nozzle is close to a workpiece, an arc is formed between the electrode and the workpiece under the action of the high-temperature plasma flame flow; and when the current sensor detects that the electrode is matched with a set current value of the workpiece, the arc between the electrode and the nozzle is extinguished.
