Abstract

The invention relates to a new material, more specifically microporous zeolite material modified PEEK which comprises: 70%-99.9% of PEEK pure resin and 0.1%-30% of microporous zeolite. The microporous zeolite material modified PEEK is prepared as follows: (1) weighing the raw materials according to weight ratios, wherein the microporous zeolite material (unbaked ) is baked in a muffle furnace at 800 DEG C for 4 hours, then naturally cooled to keep in reserve; (2) simply mixing all materials till the materials are uniform under room temperature by using a superspeed mixer; (3) adding the mixed materials in a screw extruder for extruding, performing shearing and granulation through a granulator at a temperature of 330-420 DEG C so as to obtain the microporous zeolite material modified PEEK of the invention. The microporous zeolite material modified PEEK has good high temperature resistance, strength and toughness, and the performance is much better than traditional nanometer modified high polymer materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel blend and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a microporous zeolite material modified PEEK and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of modified PEEK. Background technique: [0002] PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is a high polymer composed of repeating units containing one ketone bond and two ether bonds in the main chain structure, and is a special polymer material. It has physical and chemical properties such as high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It is a kind of crystalline polymer material. PEEK has a high glass transition temperature (T g =143°C) and melting point (T m =334°C), its load heat distortion temperature is as high as 316°C, its long-term use temperature is 260°C, and its instantaneous use temperature can reach 300°C. PEEK has outstanding rigidity and flexibility, especially the fatigue resistance under alternating stress, which is comparab...
