Problems solved by technology

[0005] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention and the technical task proposed are based on the fact that in the grafting and supplementary grafting of adult trees and economic forest trees, the commonly used short branch grafting and bud grafting have low survival rate and poor growth of new plants, and even only survive and do not grow. problem; improved to use long branch scion for grafting

Embodiment 1

[0035] Embodiment one Ginkgo long branch scion grafting method

[0036] 1. Overview

[0037] In June, 10 ginkgo 7-10-year-old bonsai trees were grafted (supplemented) with long branch scions.

[0038] 2. Scion selection

[0039] Collect strong branches of the year from the middle and upper crowns of young and middle-aged ginkgo female plants, and use the middle branches with full side buds as scions. When grafting, each scion is cut to a length of 10-18 cm, and has 3-4 plump lateral buds.

[0040] 3. Selection of rootstock parts

[0041] On the bonsai ginkgo tree, choose a strong main branch stem that is 3 to 4 years old and has a diameter of 2 to 4 cm as the patching site.

[0042] 4. Interface cutting and grafting

[0043] Use the docking method.

[0044] Rootstock interface chipping (see figure 2 ): first cut a 60° oblique incision on the branch stem, 0.5cm deep; then cut a 30° longitudinal incision at a position 3-4cm above the oblique incision, the longitudinal in...

Embodiment 2

[0052] Embodiment two Indigo long branch scion grafting method

[0053] 1. Overview

[0054] In early spring, scion grafting with Mulan long branches was carried out, with a total of 30 scions.

[0055] 2. Scion selection

[0056] Scion length 12 ~ 20cm. Others are the same as embodiment one.

[0057] 3. Selection of rootstock parts

[0058] Adult trees of Yulan (Wangchunhua) were used as rootstocks, and 5 long-branched scions were grafted on each rootstock tree. The grafting site is selected as a grafting site that is more than 3 years old and has a diameter of more than 3 to 5 cm.

[0059] 4. Interface cutting and grafting

[0060] Same as embodiment one.

[0061] 5. Scion and joint dressing

[0062] Same as embodiment one.

[0063] 6. Cultivation management

[0064] Same as embodiment one.

[0065] 7. Implementation results

[0066] After 1 year's inspection, 6 rootstock trees were grafted with 30 long-branched scions, and 27 were cured and survived, with a surv...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for grafting a long-branch scion of a tree. Aiming at the conditions that the short-branch scion method for conventional in-vitro grafting of a grown tree has the defects that the survival rate is lower, the scion is not easy to sprout and the growth vigor is poor, the method disclosed by the invention can be used for grafting by adopting the long-branch scion of 10-20cm during the grafting and patching of the grown tress. Since the long-branch scion has abundant stored nutrients, fewer nutrients are lost and the possibility of causing death is lower during grafting under the sealing condition. Meanwhile, according to the method, a back interface at the lower end of the long-branch scion clings to the lower part of a lateral bud during grafting; and a combined mode of stock scion by combining the internal, the external and the periphery is adopted, so that the grafting survival rate can reach as high as 80-91 percent which is improved by 30-51 percent than the contrast rate. In addition, a new plant has favorable vigor and growth height improved by 31-61 percent than that of a contrast plant. The technology disclosed by the invention is suitable for intraspecific allied grafting as well as grafting and patching of fruit tree varieties and landscape tree varieties and has remarkable economic benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an in vitro grafting method, in particular to a grafting of a long branch as a scion on a healthy young branch of the same or heterogeneous tree, and making it heal into an adult tree or a canopy graft. in vitro grafting method. Background technique [0002] Plant grafting is divided into two categories: in vitro grafting and conjoined grafting, according to the relationship between the scion, the mother plant, and the rootstock. Among them, in vitro grafting is a large category. When grafting, the scion needs to be cut off from the mother (plant), which belongs to conventional grafting. Most of its grafting methods are original, and a few grafting methods are new. Siamese grafting is a large category. When grafting, the scion does not need to be separated from the mother (plant), and it is grafting of the scion with roots. Most of its grafting methods are new, and a few of them are original. [0003] Plant grafting...
