Cutting method for tea seedlings

The present invention discloses a cutting method for tea seedlings. The method comprises six main steps of scion cutting, seedbed preparation, scion inserting, greenhouse shading cultivation, greenhouse cultivation, nutritional bowl loading in a sucker division mode and seedling-hardening. During a process of seedbed preparation, by adding water-absorbing resin into mixed subsoil, the heavy workload for water management after cutting in a traditional scion cutting is reduced by using an excellent characteristic of a strong water retention property of the water-absorbing resin. The cut seedbed is fed into a shading greenhouse; by leaf and organization etiolation, a cortex of the scion is thickened and parenchymal cells are increased to promote differentiation and rooting of an original body of a scion root. In addition, the temperature of a cutting soil layer is controlled to be maintained at 30 DEG C within 50 days all the way, so that the scions are quick to take roots, thereby improving the survival rate of the cutting seedlings. Practice indicates that by adopting the method disclosed by the present invention, the survival rate of the cutting seedlings reaches up to 98%. Compared with that of a traditional method, 15% is increased. In conclusion, the method disclosed by the present invention has the advantages of simple operation and rapid rooting speed; the method is not limited by seasons and can meet the demand for actual production.

Method for grafting long-branch cion of tree

InactiveCN102415282AShorten the lengthRich in nutrients and moistureHorticultureFruit treeGrowth height
The invention discloses a method for grafting a long-branch scion of a tree. Aiming at the conditions that the short-branch scion method for conventional in-vitro grafting of a grown tree has the defects that the survival rate is lower, the scion is not easy to sprout and the growth vigor is poor, the method disclosed by the invention can be used for grafting by adopting the long-branch scion of 10-20cm during the grafting and patching of the grown tress. Since the long-branch scion has abundant stored nutrients, fewer nutrients are lost and the possibility of causing death is lower during grafting under the sealing condition. Meanwhile, according to the method, a back interface at the lower end of the long-branch scion clings to the lower part of a lateral bud during grafting; and a combined mode of stock scion by combining the internal, the external and the periphery is adopted, so that the grafting survival rate can reach as high as 80-91 percent which is improved by 30-51 percent than the contrast rate. In addition, a new plant has favorable vigor and growth height improved by 31-61 percent than that of a contrast plant. The technology disclosed by the invention is suitable for intraspecific allied grafting as well as grafting and patching of fruit tree varieties and landscape tree varieties and has remarkable economic benefits.

Root growing and high-yield cultivating method of sweet potato seedlings

InactiveCN103975732AStrong rhizomeWell-developed rootsHorticultureSeedlingSweet Potatos
The invention discloses a root growing and high-yield cultivating method of sweet potato seedlings. The method comprises the following steps of during root growing, cutting 18-25cm of sweet potato seedling in a sweet potato seedling bed, bundling, packaging, soaking 1-2cm of seedling root in a wet environment, maintaining the environment temperature at 25-40 DEG C, growing new roots after 2-3 days, and then transplanting to the field; during cultivating, after conventional cultivating, manufacturing a groove with 3-5cm depth at the edge of a sweet potato cavity, bending the upper part of the sweet potato seedling into the groove, covering the soil on the groove, exposing the head of the sweet potato seedling during soil covering, and fully watering at the upper part. The sweet potato seedling bred by the root growing method has the advantage that after second breeding, the survival rate of sweet potato seedling during cultivating can reach 99%, various types of cultivating are met, and the sweet potato vine in the edge groove can generate the root system again; as the sweet potato seedling is close to the soil surface, the light intensity is sufficient, the growth of root and stem is strong, is well developed, and expands to the deeper layer, the fruiting time of sweet potato is early, the sweet potato is large, and the yield is improved by more than 30% than the yield of traditional direct inserting method.

Sand-stabilizing, tree-planting, rain-collecting and moisture-holding desertification control plate

The invention relates to a sand-stabilizing, tree-planting, rain-collecting and moisture-holding desertification control plate. The plate is characterized in that dentation notches are formed at the periphery of the desertification control plate at a certain interval; and pile insertion holes are formed on the surface of the plate. By the sand-stabilizing, tree-planting, rain-collecting and moisture-holding desertification control plate, desert wind can be prevented from contacting loose sandy soil, so that a sand body can be prevented from moving; sunshine is reflected, heat and light are isolated, moisture is prevented from being evaporated, the temperature stability and humidity stability of soil are kept, and the survival of plants is facilitated; and most of limited rain is converged and collected to the periphery of roots of the plants on the lower side of the plate to form a plate surface rain-collecting drip irrigation effect, so that effective rain can be effectively utilized to the maximum extent. The plate is easy to manufacture, low in material consumption and cost, convenient to construct, quickly implemented, low in construction cost and high in plant survival rate, materials are easy to collect, a desertification control effect is improved, and the desertification control investment is saved.
