The inventive method is simple in process and stable in quality and has the production efficiency doubled.

The well structure comprises a well which is communicated with the coal seam from the ground and the well-cementing sleeve, wherein the well-cementing sleeve is connected with the well wall of the well; the well-cementing sleeve comprises the telescopic flexible sleeve, the bottom end of the telescopic flexible sleeve is positioned at the set depth of the coal seam, and the length of the telescopic flexible sleeve is greater than or equal to the sum of the maximum height of the water diversion fissure zone above the coal seam and the set depth. The method and the well structure are capable of preventing well-cementing sleeve breakage caused by fissure of stratum above the coal seam in each direction.

The obtained polymeric micelles have excellent biocompatibility, anti-dilution stability and bio-responsibility, and have wide application prospect in gene and medicament delivery, biosensor and other fields.
