The device has the following technical characteristics that: two kinds of sea water distillation ways are provided, one way comprises both flash distillation and film distillation, and the other way comprises film distillation only. The evaporator and the condenser are not located in the same tan body, and a baffle board is located at outside of two tank bodies. The water-gas separator is arranged in front of the vacuum pump, and the water-gas separator is configured with 1-3 stages. The sea water desalination device comprises two forms of structure as follows: one is a dual-tank body structure, and the other one is a multi-tank body structure, and the multi-tank body is a combined body formed by more than two independent dual-tank body desalination units in parallel.
