Abstract

The invention discloses a normal-temperature distilling sea water desalination device, belonging to devices for desalinating sea water or saline-alkaline water by a distilling method. The normal-temperature distilling sea water desalination device comprises a condenser, an evaporator, a sediment filtering basin, a preprocessing water tank, a sea water charging pump, a water-gas separator, a vacuum pump, a fresh water tank, a circulating sea water tank and a circulating sea water pump. The device has the following technical characteristics that: two kinds of sea water distillation ways are provided, one way comprises both flash distillation and film distillation, and the other way comprises film distillation only. The evaporator and the condenser are not located in the same tan body, and a baffle board is located at outside of two tank bodies. The water-gas separator is arranged in front of the vacuum pump, and the water-gas separator is configured with 1-3 stages. The sea water desalination device comprises two forms of structure as follows: one is a dual-tank body structure, and the other one is a multi-tank body structure, and the multi-tank body is a combined body formed by more than two independent dual-tank body desalination units in parallel. In the multi-tank body sea water desalination device, if any dual-tank body fails, regular work of other tank bodies cannot be influenced. The sea water desalination device provided by the invention is easier to manufacture and install, can save material and has lower cost, higher quality of fresh water and lower energy consumption.
