Abstract

The invention relates to a gas sealing device of a carbonization furnace. The device is characterized in that: mutually-symmetrical gas emission tubes are fixed on the outlet ends of a housing respectively; there is an angle of 90DEG between the gas outlet center lines of the gas emission tubes, and the gas outlet center lines of the gas emission tubes are intersected with the center line of a conical tube; a gas sealing case is positioned in an intermediate casing at the other end of the housing; seven pairs of gas spoilers are symmetrically arranged in the inner chamber of the gas sealing casing; a gas expansion chamber is formed between adjacent surfaces of two gas spoilers; and there are gas emission ports between adjacent gas spoilers. Nitrogen which goes through the gas emission ports enters the gas expansion chamber and up-down blows, and an eddy current is formed after the gas expands, so the exhaust gas spill and the access of extraneous air to a hearth are effectively prevented. There is an angle of 45DEG C between each gas emission tube and the horizontal plane, and a throat sealing effect is formed in the air sealing case, so the air sealing effect is enhanced. When the pressure of the device in the nitrogen pipeline is 0.15MPa, the pressure in the gas case is 0.15MPa. The device allows a pressure to be maintained for 3h under 300Pa when the pressure is 0.1MPa.
