Abstract

The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The liquid crystal display panel comprises the following components: an active component array substrate, frame adhesive and a liquid crystal layer. The active component array substrate comprises a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines, at least one first pixel array, a plurality of second pixel arrays and a plurality of third pixel arrays. The second pixel array and the third pixel arrays are respectively provided at two sides of the first pixel array. Furthermore at least partial data lines are open in an area in which the first pixel arrays are arranged. The frame adhesive is configured between the active component array substrate and the opposite substrate. The active component array substrate is jointed with the opposite substrate through the frame adhesive. The first pixel array and the second pixel array are provided in the area which is surrounded by the frame adhesive. Furthermore partial third pixel arrays are provided outside the area which is surrounded by the frame adhesive. The liquid crystal layer is configured between the active component array substrate and the opposite substrate. Furthermore the liquid crystal layer is surrounded by the frame adhesive.
