Abstract

The subsource provided by the invention has a small quantity of water so as not to depend on environmental water. The spark subsource provided by the invention consists of a plurality of subsources distributed in an array way in practical application, the high-voltage electrode and the low-voltage electrode are both arranged in the shell of the spark subsource, and a discharge-in-liquid chamber is formed by a sealed space.
