Disclosed are: a light-diffusing resin composition which is capable of providing a light-diffusing molded body that has excellent rigidity and dimensional stability, while having excellent heat resistance, light transmittance and light diffusibility at the same time; and a light-diffusing molded body which is molded using the light-diffusing resin composition. Specifically disclosed is a light-diffusing resin composition which contains 0.1-10 parts by mass of specific fine organic silicone particles per 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic polymer material.
