Abstract

The invention provides a process for laminating the surface of a hole, comprising the following steps of: carrying out semi-finishing on the hole needing to be laminated of a work piece and washing the surface of the hole with a cleaning agent; controlling the temperature of a working area for laminating the surface of the hole in a range of 10-40 DEG C and controlling the relative humidity to be 70-75%; uniformly brushing a binding agent on the surface of the hole and then sticking a soft belt; and then, utilizing a special tool to apply a tension force to the soft belt and keeping curing for more than 24 hours, wherein the special tool comprises a circular sleeve with an inner taper hole, the middle section of the special tool is a tapered section capable of being assembled in the taper hole of the circular sleeve and the front section of the special tool is assembled with a tapered core shaft of a thread cylinder section of a clamping nut; arranging the circular sleeve in the hole of the work piece and inserting the tapered core shaft into the taper hole in the circular sleeve; assembling the clamping nut on the thread cylinder section at the front end of the tapered core shaft; applying the tension force to the soft belt through screwing the clamping nut until the binding agent is cured; taking off the special tool and then carrying out finish machining on the soft belt to a needed inner hole size. According to the process provided by the invention, a circular guide rail has the advantages of low speed, no creeping, convenience for replacement, and good self-lubricity.
