According to the method disclosed by the invention, acrylate monomer and a small amount of monomer with crosslinking active groups are taken as the raw materials to prepare polyacrylate rubber through the methods of continous solution polymerization and devolatilization extrusion in a solvent under the action of initiator. The acrylate monomer is one or the mixture of methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate or butyl acrylate; the monomer with crosslinking active groups is epoxypropyl methacrylate; the initiator is benzoyl peroxide or di-t-butyl peroxide; and the solvent is toluene or ethyl acetate. The content of the residual volatile in the acrylate rubber prepared through the method disclosed by the invention is lower than 1% of the content of acrylate rubber.
