Abstract

The processing method comprises the steps of: cutting rabbit hair with a cutter or grinding and chopping rabbit hair with a grinding base, carrying out irradiation induction mutation through a low-temperature plasma spray gun device under normal pressure, treating the rabbit hair with a chemical treatment liquid to form micro-nano powder, and then grafting alkyl sulfonate, alkyl phosphate or quaternary ammonium salt to the surface of the fabric so as to exert the effects of stabilizing and enhancing hydrophilicity, wherein the low-temperature plasma spray gun device comprises an earthing device, a quartz pipe is arranged at the middle of the earthing device, a plasma region is formed between the quartz pipe and the earthing device, a high-voltage electrode is installed inside the quartz pipe, and the upper end of the quartz pipe is connected with a gas inflow system.
