Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating sludge and extracting organic substances by using microwave. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding an alkali solution into concentrated sludge from a secondary sedimentation tank of a sewage treatment plant in an adjusting tank, controlling the water content to be between 85 and 93 percent, controlling the pH value to be 8-11, and stirring and mixing for 10 to 30 minutes to obtain a sludge solution; 2) putting the sludge solution stirred and mixed in the 1) into a pressure container, and heating the sludge solution to the temperature of between 110 and 150 DEG C for 40 to 60 minutes by using a microwave generator of which the frequency is 915MHz to 2.45GHz to obtain a sludge mixed solution; and 3) cooling the sludge mixed solution in the 2) to the temperature of between 70 and 90 DEG C by flash evaporation, and separating solid and liquid.
