Abstract

The invention provides a water system of a device for preparing olefins from methanol and an on-line cleaning method thereof. The water system is used for treating an intermediate substance formed by olefin mixture, oil sludge and wax, which is generated by the reaction system of the device for preparing olefins from methanol. The on-line cleaning method is implemented in a way that: in the operating process of the device for preparing olefins from methanol, an extractant is injected into the water system, so that the extractant operates along with the intermediate substance to extract the oil sludge and wax in the intermediate substances, and thus, the extractant, the oil sludge and the wax form a flow-state mixture which flows in the water system. The extractant is injected into the water system by the on-line cleaning method, so that the oil sludge and wax are extracted to form a flowable liquid substance and are discharged out of the system, thereby preventing the oil sludge and the wax from attaching and accumulating onto the water system after condensation and from causing blockage. The method provided by the invention keeps the pressure difference of the water cleaning system in the initial state of the device, and keeps the heat exchanger at high heat exchange efficiency, thereby saving water, electricity and maintenance cost and prolonging the operating cycle of the device.
