Problems solved by technology

[0002] The use of m-dichlorobenzene in industrial production is very wide, but the preparation of m-dichlorobenzene is relatively difficult, so the price of m-dichlorobenzene is relatively high, how to prepare high-content m-dichlorobenzene has become an important issue
[0003] After directional chlorination of chlorobenzene, it is easy to form chlorinated aromatic hydrocarbon waste, most of which are p-dichlorobenzene and o-dichlorobenzene, and only contain a very small amount of m-dichlorobenzene. Therefore, a safe and reliable chlorine utilization method has been developed. The process of producing m-dichlorobenzene from aromatic hydrocarbon waste as raw material is one of the difficulties that many universities and research institutes are currently solving, and there has been no relevant report so far

Embodiment 1

[0011] Technology of the present invention is as follows:

[0012] 1. After rectification treatment of chlorinated aromatic wastes, a higher concentration of p-dichlorobenzene is obtained; (conventional)

[0013] 2. The p-dichlorobenzene solution is crystallized to produce high-content p-dichlorobenzene; (conventional)

[0014] 3. Use atmospheric pressure transposition technology to transpose high-content p-dichlorobenzene to lower-concentration p-dichlorobenzene;

[0015] 3.1 The specific process is as follows: add 800kg of p-dichlorobenzene into the repositioning kettle, and heat up by steaming while feeding. Increase the amount of steam, rapidly raise the temperature to 170°C, and keep the temperature at 170°C for 3 hours.

[0016] 3.2 Washing after indexing

[0017] After transposition, lower the temperature to below 100°C, add 200kg of water, stir and let it stand for about 1 hour, after which there are obvious layers, the upper layer is aluminum trichloride aci...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for producing m-dichlorobenzene by using chloridized aromatic hydrocarbon waste as raw materials. The process mainly comprises the following steps of: rectifying the chloridized aromatic hydrocarbon waste to obtain high-concentration paradichlorobenzene; preparing high-content paradichlorobenzene by a crystallization technology by using a paradichlorobenzene solution; inverting the high-content paradichlorobenzene into low-concentration paradichlorobenzene by a normal pressure inversion technology; washing with water; and crystallizing and purifying. According to the process, the chloridized aromatic hydrocarbon waste is used as the raw materials, the high-content paradichlorobenzene is separated by a separation technology, the high-concentration paradichlorobenzene is prepared by normal-pressure acylation reaction, and the high-content m-dichlorobenzene is extracted by the crystallization technology.
