Abstract

The invention provides a method for feedback control simulation in a heat treated (TRT) blast furnace top pressure control stamping process. The method includes steps of 1) component simulation modules are built respectively aiming at each component of a TRT system, and parameters and ports of the component simulation modules are compiled and designed; 2) the component simulation modules are connected through the ports of the component simulation modules according to the actual TRT system, and parameters of the modules are adjusted to enable the system to arrive at a steady state; and 3) characteristics and a control method of the stamping process of the actual TRT system are analyzed, a stamping interference module and a proportion integration differentiation (PID) feedback control module are added, the stamping interference module is used for influencing blast furnace top pressure in a simulation stamping process, and the PID feedback control module is used for controlling static blades through a simulation actual programmable logic controller (PLC); and 4) system simulation parameters are arranged, and simulation operation is performed.
