The method comprises the following steps of: mixing 1-10 parts of perilla leaf or perilla leaf oil, 1-3 parts of mint leaf or mint leaf oil, 0.1-0.5 part of liquorice, 0.1-0.5 part of scutellaria baicalensis, and 100-500 parts of vegetable oil materials and immersing for 72 hours above, thereby obtaining the mixture.
