The method comprises the following steps of: cleaning the duck egg, and drying and crushing to obtain duck egg powder for standby use; adding water and lactic acid into the duck egg powder according to a certain proportion so as to react, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment in a reaction process; adjusting a pH value, obtaining calcium lactate mother liquor through suction filtration, and heating, concentrating, cooling, standing and crystallizing the calcium lactate mother liquor to obtain a crude product calcium lactate; and finally, washing the crude product calcium lactate by adopting absolute ethyl alcohol, then carrying out suction filtration, collecting a solid matter, and drying the solid matter for two times to obtain a calcium lactate product.
