When the extraction is performed by adopting the alcohol with other concentrations, active constituents cannot be completely extracted, and then, the curative effect is influenced. Meanwhile, by adopting the ethanol precipitation process in the preparation process disclosed by the invention, impurities, such as grease, can be removed, so that the purity is greatly increased, the quality is higher, and the curative effect is comparatively obvious.
