Abstract

The cutting fluid comprises the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 5-7 percent of ethanediamine, 14-16 percent of isopropanolamine, 8-10percent of oleic acid, 1-3 percent of sebacic acid, 3-5 percent ofwater-soluble phosphate, 4-6 percent of polyether, 12-14 percent of methylbenzotriazole, 0.5-0.7 percent of TX-10, 6-8 percent of polyvingakohol, 0.1-0.3 percent of 5-chlorine-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone, 0.5-0.7 percent of silicone emulsion, 3-5 percent of isopropanol, and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing and stirring the ethanediamine, the isopropanolamine, the oleic acid and the sebacic acid at the temperature of 60-70 DEG C for 20-30 minutes, and cooling for standby use; sequentially dissolving the polyether, the methylbenzotriazole, the TX-10, the polyvingakohol, the 5-chlorine-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone and the isopropanol into the water with the temperature of 30-40 DEG C; stirring for 30-40 minutes; adding a mixture obtained by the step (1) into a mixture obtained by the step (2); adding the silicone emulsion; and stirring for 60-90 minutes.
