Abstract

The invention provides application of a nanometer titania photocatalyst in false tooth antibiosis and cleaning. A false tooth cleaning agent which is effective, convenient, rapid, low in cost and capable of reusing is prepared by using characteristics of the nanometer titania photocatalyst, and antibacterial effect on common candida albicans on mouth false teeth and degradation effect on pigments and dirt deposited on surfaces of the false teeth are achieved. Distilled water is used as solvent, the P25 type nanometer titania is used as solute, and a solution with P25 type nanometer titania concentration of 10-25mg/ml is prepared, namely the false tooth cleaning agent is prepared. The prepared solution is continuously and evenly mixed on a magnetic stirring apparatus in a light closed box with a rotation speed of 60 revolution/minute to form suspension, and simultaneously the suspension is continuously irradiated by a 5mW/cm<2> ultraviolet lamp for 10-30min for antibiosis and cleaning.
