specific Embodiment approach 1

[0022] Specific implementation mode 1: The preparation method of a kind of hydrophobic wood-based photosensitive color-changing composite material of this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0023] 1. Polish the surface of the wood to be smooth, then place the wood in acetone, ethanol and deionized water for 5-30 minutes of ultrasonic cleaning respectively, and let it dry naturally to obtain the wood matrix;

[0024] 2. Add polyvinyl alcohol powder into deionized water, stir and dissolve it in a water bath at 70-85°C, and prepare an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution with a mass percentage of polyvinyl alcohol of 2%-8%;

[0025] 3. Ultrasonic dispersion and dispersion of the organic photochromic material in the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution obtained in step 2, to prepare a photosensitive color-changing material / polyvinyl alcohol film-forming liquid with a mass percentage of the photosensitive color-changing material of 5% to 30%;

[0026] 4. Even...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0032] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution with a mass percentage of polyvinyl alcohol of 4% is prepared in Step 2, and other steps and parameters are the same as Embodiment 1.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0033] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one or two is: the coating amount of the photosensitive color-changing material / polyvinyl alcohol film-forming liquid in the step 4 is: the photosensitive color-changing material coated with per square centimeter wood substrate surface The volume of the material / polyvinyl alcohol film-forming solution is 0.1-0.3 mL, and other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for hydrophobic modification of wood-base photochromic composite surfaces, in particular to a hydrophobic wood-base photochromic composite preparation method which solves the problem of poor anti-aging performance and hydrophobicity of surfaces of wood-base photochromic composites prepared by existing methods. The preparation method includes: coating photochromic film forming liquid on the surface of a preprocessed wood substrate, drying, and using isocyanate acetone solution and polyhydric alcohol acetone solution for surface hydrophobic modification of the wood-base photochromic composite to obtain the hydrophobic wood-base photochromic composite. A contact angle of a hydrophobic face of the prepared wood-base photochromic composite is up to 136 degrees maximally while photochromic performance and ageing resistance of the wood-base photochromic composite are unaffected, fine hydrophobic efficacy is achieved, and duration of the photochromic function is prolonged. The method is applicable to production of wood-base photochromic composites and photochromic composite films.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a photosensitive color-changing material. Background technique [0002] Photosensitive color-changing materials are materials that can undergo reversible color changes after being excited by a light source. There are many types of photochromic materials, which are widely used in substrates such as metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, stone, paper, fiber and wood, so that these substrates can present different colors under light conditions after compounding photochromic materials Variety. Among them, the combination of photosensitive materials and wooden decorative materials or wooden handicrafts will bring good visual effects, which not only increases the added value of wooden products, but also further expands the application range of high value-added products produced with wood as a substrate. Therefore, the preparation of wood-based photochromic composites has gradually become a research hotspot. [0...
