The community IoT system based on Zigbee and an the access control system comprises a central monitor in a property management center, wherein the central monitor is connected with a plurality of access controllers, and the access controllers are connected with a plurality of indoor units; the indoor units are communicated with an indoor emergency system, a fireproof and burglarproof system and a property management system mutually to establish an indoor monitoring sub-network, the emergency system comprises an indoor alarm and monitor unit, the fireproof and burglarproof system comprises a door contact, a smoke detector, a temperature probe and a gas leak detector, and the property management system comprises a valuable goods burglar alarm; and the access controllers are communicated with a reminder system and a letter notification system mutually to establish a value-added service system, wherein the reminder system comprises a display screen, and the letter notification system comprises a letter box.
